I purchased the SonyA6700 Camera in January 2024. So far, I have been using Sigma 18-50mm f2.8 Lens. Now, I am willing to upgrade to super telephoto lens for Wildlife Photography. My concern is between the following two lenses, which one is better overall:
1. Sony 100400 GM (4.5–5.6)
2. Sony 200600 (5.6–6.3)
While Sony200600 will give a maximum range of approximately 900 in SonyA6700, Sony100400 GM has an advantage in respect to aparture. Kindly provide your thoughts.
Thanks & Regards.

Hi Soumak, Sony A6700 is a crop-sensor camera and for the best results, it is recommended to use aps-c lenses like SEL18200LE, SEL70350G and others. That said, the choice ultimately depends on your specific needs and shooting style. Please keep in mind that with the Sony A6700 (a crop-sensor camera), some features of these full-frame lenses (Sony100400GM Lens or Sony200600 Lens ) may not be fully optimized due to compatibility limitations.
