Hi, I am having a problem with my new fx30 top handle. After connecting it to my new fx30 camera and plugging in two xlr mics via a Yamaha mixer, then turning on the handle, I am getting no input signal whatsoever. I have the camera set on PM2 and all other settings are on auto. The handle is screwed in firmly, and the mixer is receiving signals from the two professional external mics. I have used the mic setup on a Lumix G4 successfully for the last couple of years so I do not know why it is not working the the Sony fx30 camera via the top handle. Any advice please?
