Smartphone Connect - Imagine Mobile App

Having trouble in subsequently connecting camera to Imaging Mobile app on android.
I am able to successfully register it and operate remotely but as soon as the app goes into background it disconnects.
Now when I reopen the app and try to click "Start" it fails, whereas camera is still on.
I have to re-register camera every time using QR code.
Attaching camera settings.
Any help in this regard would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Nikhil, We request you to kindly ensure that the Imaging Mobile app has the necessary permissions to access the camera and run in the background. Go to your device's Settings > Apps > Imaging Mobile app > Permissions, and make sure the "Camera" and "Run in Background" permissions are enabled. - April 27, 2024, 9:53 a.m.
