Availability of 18 - 135mm lens

Hi Whether this 18-135mm lens is available separately. I need one but sony center is mentioning it is not available for separate sale and it is available only with camera.
I also like to which lens is better whether 18-135 or 18-105 G lens? i am confused, I mostly do street photography, portraits and candid.
