Its unfortunate that till my issue not solved till date. As my shoe cap is missing when I purchased the Sony a6400 camera, on 12 Mar 2024 I have mailed about this issue. Till date its now above 4 months no one listening this issue.

I have mailed on 12 March 2024 about this concern. Till today I have not gotten any update.. Its very disappointing.
